What I really like about the Catering Culture is the fresh flowers they used to accent the layout. This was the first time I experience such a lovely layout for a simple birthday catering. After the event, they allowed me to keep the flowers. :)
What could be improved is the time the caterer came. I ordered the caterers to arrive at 11.45am, but they came at 10.50am; almost an hour earlier. I expected my guests to arrive after 12noon, but because the food came so early, I was concerned for the food quality when it came time for my guests to eat. Fortunately, the food I catered kept well, and the cold items could be kept in the fridge until needed. The amount was enough for my guests, and more importantly, there were not much leftover after the event - a good sign that my guests enjoyed the food. Review posted by Ms Jessica Ho on 29th Mar 2012

Food came right on time and set up was fast. However, chairs that we paid extra for did not come. Waited more then 1 hr for the chairs. My guests have to stand to eat!!! How embarrassing!

All the food are nice, but deluxe vegetable was over cooked. And sweet & sour dory fish is too hard to chew. Hardly can eat the fish flesh. too many flour platter on it. Must try dishes are, their signature wok seafood fried rice, dry mee siam, curry chicken! very delicious!

Chose Catering Culture for my Church Wedding Recep.
Caterer was early and setup was fast! Heard that most people had a second helping which meant the food is real good. Didn't have the chance to taste the chicken curry cuz everyone was raving about it & so it went "out of stock" very quickly. Fried rice was super nice and different from the usual catering.
