The name "北京鸭" give me a wrong impression. it just like normal roasted duck selling in hawker centre.

Pretty disappointing as we were only given 4 "tray warmer" stands.
Hence the crab claw, Prawn and fish were left in the cold and all harden when we opened up for consumption. End up we had to switch with the been hoon, ribs to make them more hot but it's not tasty anymore..... Will advise whoever is ordering to confirm if they are providing warmers for all the food items. Generally the dishes were all well recieved by the guests. The only comment was that the Yam Paste w/ coconut milk was too sweet. The fish and noodle was also nice. The briased Pork with Buns was very fragrant for catering standard, it was very popular among my guests.
