The X'mas decor is beautiful. the food came promptly, with labels the delivery staffs was friendly and helpful. The party went well smoothlybut we had alot of left over b'cos my mum has cooked extra home-town dishes for the party. I will definately recommand Mum's cuisine for my future event. thank you. We made an order for 30 pax but the deluxe seafood platter has a mixture of several items which individually does not have 30 pieces of each. On average, each guest is unable to take 1 piece per person.
The steamed shark's fin dumplings were all "packed" in the small basket (nice display) but the dumplings were stuck together and some were easily torn when we tried to separate them. The Ee Fu Noodles were nice and adequate. Overall, can do much better in terms of food quantity and quality. Review posted by Mr Lai on 7th Mar 2011

The laksa was very good as the gravy had enough kick.Nice set up and romantic decor as requested. Staff was also very friendly. Sad about the portions as it was lesser compared to other caterers tried before. The rest of dishes was average and sushi was too little. However, the laksa was the saving grace. Food also on time. Service - good , laksa- great, decor-great, rest of food - average

The steamed hainanese chicken was a disappointment as the internal parts were undercooked and still have blood coming out from the bone marrows. The sauce underneath turned red due to the blood flowing out from the chicken parts. Other dishes were okay and the mee siam was good.
