  1. Why should I order from FoodLine.sg instead of directly from the caterer?
    FoodLine.sg helps you to save by giving back 5% cash whenever you order through us.
  2. What is the 5% based on?
    The 5% cash back is based on the final agreed price of catering services unless specified otherwise.
  3. How do I make payment for my order?
    You will pay the caterer directly as per normal.
  4. How and when do I receive the 5% cash back? NEW!
    Once you have your invoice, take a photo of it and upload it to us through the cashback box at http://www.foodline.sg. Claim Your Cash Back here
    Once we verified it, we would transfer to you your cash back. This process takes between 1-5 working days depending on the bank you use. Ours is DBS so if you have a DBS account, it would be faster.
  5. How many days do I need to order in advance?
    It varies with caterers. We highly recommend placing orders at least 3 days in advance, and 1 week in advance for large orders (>80 people). Please order earlier for festive periods.
  6. Why is the price on the caterer's menu/website different from yours?
    Prices varies with time, especially during festive periods and special promotions. In the event of price differences, the caterer's price will always prevail.
  7. How to cancel/modify my order?
    You can modify or cancel the order directly with the caterer when they contact you.
  8. Can I order overseas?
    FoodLine.sg currently only serves Singapore.
  9. Does the 5% cash back apply for packages on discount?
    No. Also, the 5% cash back does not apply if you have an existing agreement with the caterer.
  10. I cannot find my favourite caterer...
    Recommend to us your favourite caterer and we can feature it on FoodLine.sg.
