Prawns was not fresh and received many feedbacks from my guests on this. Wish Yeh Lai Siang can provide explanation for this. Pretty disappointing with the freshness of the seafood.

Catered for 70pax but only 56pax turned up n had 50% food left. Salad prawn is actually tempura prawns. Curry chicken not as great as recommended. Overall very good for $. Guests commented this caterer better than neo gardens.

Order the buffet for a pax of 20. Came in quite early to do set up. Took about 15~20 mins to set-up, which was why they came in early. The setup looks really great, even have a cute cupid figuring on it. Very different from all the caterers from my previous experiences. Very unique in a sense, I will willingly pay for it. Portion of the food are just nice for a pax of 20. The two persons came to setup was very nice and friendly. Quality use was very good, even the plates, spoons and forks are very classic. The foods are really very nice, can feel that a lot of work was put in preparing it. Every things was well organize.
Good: Food, Setup, services. (Those who dun mind the price and looking for good quality buffet.)
Not so good: Price are rather on the high side.(For all the work, setup and food, can understand the high pricing) Not for those that looking for cheap alternative :)

Portion of food is pretty small. In my family event, I have always cater 30 pax from other caterers and there's left overs and while Chi Wei San Tong portion finishes before anyone could have eaten their fills and have to resort to ordering pizza. Other than that food is acceptable though not exceptionally good. Do not think will order from them again.
