Disappointing Reviewed on 21st Dec 2023 Verified Purchase Was initially excited about ordering due to the impressive ratings on Foodline for this caterer. Presentation of the dishes were great, but some dishes were tasteless - all guests agreed and they had to pour mushroom soup into the carbo dish to be ... More edible. Mentaiko pasta is watery, has no mentaiko and no salt at all. Herb rice too has no taste and taste like plain rice the and baked fish is hard (obvious is not deform properly and cream has no taste too. Called them to feedback and the service recovery was great. They offered replacement for the 3 dishes but cooked in another style and delivered within an hour. Unfortunately the 3 replacement dishes were cold, and out of the 3 dishes, only one of them tasted average (tomato pasta), the other 2 dishes were still bland. I am a regular of mini buffet orders and I am ok with less salt if it is the caterer’s intention to serve healthier food. However this is really a disappointment as almost half of the dishes are inedible. Have to give credit to them for their service recovery but the taste need very serious improvement. Please take this feedback seriously so that other customers will not have a disappointment experience and Christmas gathering.
