This is the first time trying out this tingkat. For the first few days everything was satisfactory, but on the last day, the delivery guy sent my food to the wrong level wrong unit. I'm bewildered as to what happened. Luckily that unit's owner came ... More knocking on my door to give it to me and let me know what happened. If it was some dishonest or blur person, they might have just taken the food for themselves.
Anyways so i message them to let them know their delivery guy made mistake. They just replied me oh ok i'll let the operations team know and that's it. No apologies, no follow up.
