Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Rilassi Catering Pte. Ltd reserves the rights to change any items or dishes to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.
Subject to menu availability for same-day funeral orders
Menu and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
Food are best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.
Provision of full table set up with warmers, bio-degrable crockery and cutleries for standard buffet.
Providing disposable bio-degrable crockery and cutleries for mini buffet without tables set up.
No takeaway boxes will be provided as in accordance to SFA rules and regulation.
Interest rates will be charged at the rate of 2% per month cumulatively on all overdue accounts.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% from the total amount of order will be charged for any cancellation made less than 3 working date from the function date.
