Gary Tay's review

I gave neutral rating due to the following factors.
1) driver reached and took 1hr 45min to setup for 55pax. 1 staff do all, but his working pace is slow. party suppose to start at 6pm but setup complete at 7pm, while 75% of the guest already ... More reached.
2) wrong food deliver. Driver gave my order to previous family. and end up I had to take the wrong order as there's insufficient time for YLS to cook and deliver to me. order 11 dish and came with 6 dish which i did not order! end up, i had 2x main dish(fried rice) and 2x Dessert(yam paste). end up i wasted a tray of each for this 2 repeated item.
3) bun for braise pork is hard.
4) portion wise definitely not as much as other caterer which i had engage before.

+ point:
Boss of caterer admit to mistake and offer compensation and personally came down to venue to apologize which is greatly appreciated. But however since damage had already been done and spoil the beautiful occasion, i doubt i will give it another try nor recommendation.
