Customer service is very good and they are friendly and very helpful.
Food wise, they are tasty and nice. Ordered mini buffet for 25 pax. Overall, the portion is ok. However, assorted pastries portion is pretty limited and run out early.

The service from Robert Catering is awesomely great! This is my 2nd time order and I placed my order late. However, Robert Catering surprise me to still push and deliver my order the very next day. The customer service is very friendly and polite. ... More Food portion is good too for my 4 pax order. The daily menu is well thought of. Every Tue and Fri, we will also get combo menu which comes with bee hoon, noodles or fried rice as a change. My family love almost every dishes. Thanks to Robert Catering!!!

The dishes are tasty and nice. Portion is generous too! Delivery is on time daily. Decided to renew for a longer period for next order :)

Service level needs lots of improvement. Not responsive in chats. First day of delivery went to the wrong place. Delivery timing is inconsistent.
As time past, delivery frequently past 1pm. Daily vegetables turning bad by the time we received ... More and I have to throw the dish away most of the days.
