In all, everything is ok except make a change of my chicken orders to curry chicken instead. The curry chicken was very salty.

Description not clearly indicated causing misunderstanding.
Reviewed on 7th Mar 2026 Verified Purchase
There's been a mix-up with the green bean soup! Usually when it's not specified, i expect it to be hot, so my staffs’ disappointment makes sense. The caterer served cold green bean soup (claimed it was a dessert) but the Foodline menu listed it as ... More just "green bean soup" without specifying hot or cold. My staff were expecting a hot soup and were disappointed.

Dear Ivy,

Thank you for taking the time to share your review and for the 5-star ratings. We truly appreciate your support.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the green bean soup. Traditionally, green bean soup can be served either ... More hot or cold depending on preference, but we understand that when it is not clearly indicated, it may lead to different expectations.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The menu description on FoodLine has been updated so the selection is clearer and similar misunderstandings can be avoided.

We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Warm regards,
Victoria
