After slicing the cake, the insides were a beauty as the Hojicha cream melted away giving off a lava flow effect!
Having a rich and moist texture with a burst of flavor from every angle! The taste of the Hojicha was so impactful
it felt as if I was drinking the actual drink itself! Overall the cake tasted great so be warned as this cake is highly
addictive after just one bite!

2. Black Sesame Au Gateau
Inspired by a local favorite dessert Black Sesame Paste comes the great Black Sesame Au Gateau.
With the similarities in terms of features from the Hojicha Au Gateau, this Asian-inspired cake with a twist
is coated with a moist sponge and filled with cream infused with the highest quality
Black Sesame powder and White Chocolate.
Similar to the Hojicha, this Black Sesame cake slice melted away and gave off a lava flow effect as well!
After experiencing the first bite, it tasted like heaven! It also gave off a very moist and rich flavor
from the Black Sesame powder. The only difference was that it wasn't too strong as the cream
somehow balanced both flavors.

Conclusion
Overall, I would rate these cakes a 5/5 as they're on top of the world! Who knew that tea or black sesame would
turned out to be so tasty and fragrant! As someone who's not a fan of having too much cream on the cake,
this is still rather acceptable as I love how both cakes are rich and flavorful at the same time!
It will be the perfect cake to be used for all occasions!
