FINE TEA Blog Review - Premium Bubble Tea + Gelato

Featuring an extensive menu of over 50 drinks and 20 gelato flavours, FINE TEA! is a drink-and-gelato concept store! Taking pride on the quality and authenticity of its premium ingredients (Long Jing Tea, Birds Nest, Probiotics, Iron Bark Honey, Fresh Fruits). If you love bubble tea and some trouble, you’ve come to the right place!

1. Milk Tea + Bubble

With the perfect balance of sweetness and tea, you cannot go wrong with the classic Milk Tea + Bubble. With every sip comes topiaca pearls with its own distinct flavour too, if I had to describe this drink in 3 words it would be balanced, creamy and addicting!

2. Yuzu Long Jing

Next, we have the Yuzu Long Jing drink! This was my first time tasting Yuzu and I would say it truly resembles of an orange and lemon. Not to mention this drink is topped with bits of bird’s nest, this citrus drink was definitely refreshing and delicious!

3. Grape Long Jing

Juicy and grape-y, the Grape Long Jing is one for those who prefer something more chill...Not too sweet yet not too blend, this drink is also on the fruitier side and still something freshing! Rating 4.5/5

4. Gelato (Mocha macnut & Strawberry)

The Mocha Macnut features a combination of macadamia nut flavoring and coffee beans! Fans of macadamia nut coffee must try this. Fun fact: Gelatos are generally lower in fat than other styles of frozen desserts...so if you are looking for an alternative to your usual ice creams you are in luck!

The Strawberry flavour however, has an interesting texture to it and it kinda reminds me of a sorbet! This dessert tasted like fruit juice in an ice form.

5. Bak Kut Teh

Now, for a little more interesting side of the blog review we have FINE TEA Bentos! First up, we have one of our favourite Singapore dish – the Bak Kut Teh. The Bak Kut Teh from FINE TEA is the peppery Teo Chew style with its must try soft and tender pork ribs! Their soup is light enough to have second or even third helpings, without feeling too rich or greasy.

6. Mee Rebus

Up next, we have some Mee Rebus. The combination of sweetness and savoury flavours are deliciously enhanced with a generous squeeze of lime juice. The thick gravy is made with a mix of spices and sweet potatoes. Slurping the egg noodles wrapped in the thick gravy makes every mouthful a delight!
