📋 Win Back Your Christmas Feast — Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

1.1. The "Win Back Your Christmas Feast" campaign is organised by FoodLine.sg ("FoodLine").

1.2. The campaign runs from 13 November 2026 to 24 November 2026, inclusive, Singapore Time (SGT).

1.3. Only eligible Christmas catering orders confirmed within the campaign period will qualify for the giveaway.

1.4. The catering event date must fall from 1-31 December 2026.

2. Eligibility & Participation

2.1. This campaign is open to customers who place and confirm eligible Christmas catering orders through FoodLine.sg during the campaign period.

2.2. Only Christmas catering orders (full buffet and mini buffet) are eligible. FoodLine Delivery and Tingkat orders are excluded.

2.3. Each eligible confirmed Christmas catering booking will automatically receive one (1) giveaway entry.

2.4. Customers who make multiple eligible bookings will receive one (1) entry per confirmed booking. No multiple entries.

3. Winner Selection & Announcement

3.1. Ten (10) provisional winners will be selected through a random draw on 4 January 2027.

3.2. The draw will take place after the eligible catering fulfilment period has ended, allowing FoodLine to verify that qualifying orders have been successfully completed.

3.3. Only eligible and successfully completed orders will be included in the draw.

3.4. FoodLine reserves the right to select replacement winners if any selected entry is subsequently found to be ineligible.

4. Order Completion & Prize Fulfilment

4.1. Prizes will only be issued after the eligible Christmas catering order has been successfully completed.

4.2. Cancelled orders will automatically be disqualified from the giveaway.

4.3. If a selected winner's order is cancelled or does not meet the eligibility requirements, FoodLine reserves the right to void the entry and select a replacement winner.

4.4. Prize fulfilment is subject to successful verification of the winner's order and final amount paid.

4.5. Rewards will be distributed as FoodLine Gift Cards after successful order completion and verification.

5. General Terms & Conditions

5.1. FoodLine reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant found to have submitted fraudulent, invalid or manipulated orders.

5.2. FoodLine reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the campaign, prizes or Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, with notice where practicable.
