1. How do I get/apply for the CNY mandarin orange bag & angbaos?
Simply place an order for any CNY menu through FoodLine.sg and you may opt in to receive the CNY mandarin orange bag & angbaos from us (refer to screenshot below). You may only apply for them for your NEW order. Kindly note that if your order has been cancelled/rejected, you will not be able to receive the CNY mandarin orange bag and angbaos.

2. What is the validity of this promotion?
This promotion will run from 1 Dec 2019 and will stop once all 5,000 sets have been given out. We will also indicate on our website when all sets have been given out.
3. Is there a minimum spending required?
No, as we would like to reward customers for supporting FoodLine.sg.
4. How many times can I apply for the bag and angbaos?
You may opt in for them whenever you make a successful order (CNY menu only) on FoodLine.sg.
5. How many bags and angbaos will I receive?
For every successful CNY menu that you've made on FoodLine, you'll be able to receive 1 CNY mandarin orange bag and 1 packet of angbaos if you have opted in to receive them.
6. How can I collect/receive the bag and angbaos?
We will mail it to you via SingPost from 13 January 2020 onwards.
7. Can I self-collect the bag and angbaos?
We regret that self-collection is not available.
8. I have already made an order for a CNY menu before this promotion was announced and I would like to have the bag and angbaos too. What should I do?
You may email sales@foodling.sg or call us at 6100 0029 and provide us with your order code and our Customer Sales Team will assist you from there.
9. I've made an order under my corporate account. Am I eligible for this promotion?
Yes. Simply opt in for the CNY mandarin orange bag and angbao when you're checking out (refer to point 1) and you will receive them. If you have made your order with our Corporate Sales Team, you may check with them regarding this promotion and they will assist you from there.
10. I am a corporate client with a corporate account with FoodLine. Who should I look for if I would like to receive the bag and angbaos?
You can look for your account manager who is handling your order to assist you with this.
11. I am a corporate client and I have ordered a CNY menu for my company. Can you mail the bag and angbaos to my home address instead?
Yes, we can. Simply indicate your residential address on the opt in form when you're opting in for the CNY mandarin orange bag and angbaos and/or inform the account manager who is handling your order.
