How to Order from FoodLine?

Save the hassle on cooking up a feast for that upcoming family gathering, or the headache of finding a caterer for your company’s annual event. FoodLine is here to chase your woes away, with over 300 caterers and cake shops for you to choose from – you’ll definitely be spoilt for choice!

Unclear about how to order from FoodLine? Worry not, we’re here to guide you step-by-step.

1. Know what you’re looking for

Alright, so you’ve reached FoodLine’s website and don’t know what to do. But you know that you’re looking for (eg. a Halal caterer for an event with 50 guests, with a budget of around $8-$10 per pax). You can filter this in to narrow down the caterers you can order from – we do the work for you, so you can find the perfect caterer for your event faster! 😊

2. Choose a menu!

You’ve hit the search button and a list of caterers pop up on your screen. Now what?

The various caterers that match your needs are displayed here, along with the menus that they offer. Here, you can see the prices & the minimum number of pax required for each menu. You can click on these menus and find one that is suitable for your event! At times, there may be certain dates where a caterer is fully booked, you’ll be able to see these dates on this page as well.

Over here, you can also check out over 53,000 authentic reviews sent in by our past customers – so you know what you’re getting is the real deal, backed up by their experiences with the caterer.

3. Fill in the details of your event

You’ve found your favourite caterer, as well as chose a menu you’d like to order for your event. The only thing left to do is filling in the details such as time & date of your event; and any extra requests you might have, such as whether you need vegetarian options.

This ensures that your needs are met, and the caterer knows what to take note of! 😊 Remember to fill in your personal details such as name and contact number, in case we need to contact you.

4. Make payment and you’re done!

After keying in all the relevant details, all you need to do is make payment* and voila, you’re done! How simple was that? FoodLine accepts various payment options, so you can choose whichever method you prefer – be it by Visa/Mastercard, PayNow, Paypal, or paying later by cash/cheque on delivery, bank transfer, GIRO, Gebiz, Vendors@Gov, e-Invoice.

*Note: Some caterers will contact you after your orders are placed for payment so in those cases, payment won't be collected online!

Do remember to book early for festive periods, and at least 5 days in advance for large orders (>80pax). We also sell cakes and desserts, and we highly recommend for you to place your orders at least 2-3 days in advance!
