The Amici Chef’s Garden Salad ... More was fresh and crisp, providing a light and refreshing start. The Fragrant Wok Golden Fried Rice was aromatic and fluffy, making it a reliable staple that paired well with the mains.

The standout of the entire spread was undoubtedly the Kung Pao Chicken with Cashew Nut. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour, the chicken was tender, savoury, and slightly spicy, with crunchy cashews adding great texture. It was easily the highlight of the meal and the dish everyone kept going back for.

The Baked Basa Fish with Citrus Hollandaise Sauce was light and delicate, with a pleasant tangy note from the sauce. Meanwhile, the Braised Mixed Vegetables and Golden Crispy Tofu with Wasabi Eggless Mayonnaise were comforting and well-seasoned, offering satisfying options for vegetarian diners.

To end on a sweet note, the New York Cheesecake was rich, smooth, and not overly sweet—an excellent way to wrap up the meal.
