More will respond to calls, but not this one unfortunately. Once the food did not arrive and it was 6.30pm (usually it arrives between 4.30 to 5pm). I called to find out if there was a breakdown or if the driver is ok or if i need to make other dinner arrangements. I called no one answered, left message no one return call the next day. I wrote an email, also no reply. So I decided not to use them anymore. Their pricing is also not cheap. It is a pity with such nonchalant attitude. I will miss the delivery guy though.
