Of the 4 dishes, very often 1 dish would be processed meat which was very salty. Portion for the vegetable dish was also insufficient to meet HPB's recommended quantity. However, these are the common problems with most caterers. Once, the dishes were not well planned eg in the picture: pork + cabbage + bean sprouts + brinjal. Lol!
