Only negative feedback was that the brown rice was undercooked (hard rice) for most of the days which can be improved Service - Packaging was mostly okay ... However, for a change of taste and appetite, can consider add fried rice, fried mee etc in the monthly menu. (this is 3rd time I gave this feedback) To summarise, the food is good and food is delivered consistently on time. However, there is a time change on delivery lately at 5pm. The covers for the food box are too tight as it are very difficult to open especially for the elderly. Can look into other type of box with more friendly covers.
