Hassle free collection with email for redemption. Love the log cake, still moist and yummy after 2 days. The design is a tab plain so we added a santa on it!

The log cake tasted good. Reasonable size and value for money. The collection was hassle free. The packaging is ok.

The log cake is quite small. It is like a swiss roll covered with chocolate sauce. The sweetness is just right. Not much decoration on the log cake.

Foodline had the wrong address for Raffles place, should be B1 instead of B2, there are no B2, B2 is car park. Store is not operating yet, open for collection only.

A bit disappointed on the packaging, as we bought 5 of this log cake as a gift. ... More The item do not look very festive, it look more like a normal swiss roll. I understand that it was a very reasonable price item, and understand that the photo may differs. Probably did not expect it to look like a normal swiss roll.

Can buy for own consumption but not as a gift.

I ordered online and confirmed my collection on 22nd dec. Upon arrival,i was told there this no cake under my name and i need to call in to make reservations for collection. After some discussion between the staff and their boss, they decided to let ... More me have the cake but the cake seem very small and light for a average 600g logcake. Ask the staff to confirm if it is correct and was told that this correct. Went home and immediately weighted the cake. Only 470g. Felt cheated. Overall experience was bad.

Address at Raffles Place was wrong, there is no shop at B2, it should be B1 instead. The cake looks very small, but enough for small team. Nice cake that the price.

Encounter some hassle on the collection but was solved quickly. It was be better if the packaging used is slightly more convenient. was not easy to keep back the logcake after opening it up.

Sometime, I wonder if the seller are serious about promotion online?
On collection date, they said no more already but their next day stock coming soon, so waited.
After waiting hours, received a log cake from them and go home.
When decided to ... More eat, take photo, cut and find that it is a plain chocolate log cake.
It is not what been advertised at all.
Luckily, never order their Christmas package, even that I do like their Pies.

Log cake is very nice, not too sweet and just the right size. Those not fond of very sweet cakes enjoyed it and gave very good reviews, asked me where did I purchase it from.
