No wok hei. Not very well seasoned (not salty). Tastes like a home-cooked fried rice. The blander profile is actually a good thing as the other dishes can complement it. Pan Fried Sambal Prawns 干煎辣虾 - Flavourful. Prawns not the freshest but acceptable. Teohchew Crispy Prawn Roll 潮州虾枣 - Mini ngoh hiang balls with sweet sauce. I liked this a lot and found myself drizzling the sweet sauce on other things also. Cereal Fish Fillet 麦片鱼片 - Decent. Not a lot of fish meat (more batter than fish).
