The Tingkat started well in the beginning first week and 'degenerate' towards shelving out supermarket processed food (fish cake/ball/meatball/nuggets etc) twice/thrice per week. By tingkat would assimilate homecook dishes which in my generation ... More doesn't include such in main meals. Dishes are very salty. Also menu changed without alert.
Praise the Dish - Sauteed pea sprouts topped with tau kua - 'using cheap ingredients to curate a new dimension' Can enhance top with meat floss?
