More caterer was generous with the quantity of the rice, the rice was not able to stay edible for more than two hours. We had to reheat the rice to prevent it from turning bad quickly. Perhaps, the caterer can think of a different way to deliver fried rice for 50 people. Instead of squeezing all the rice in a large aluminium container, customers can have an option for the rice to be delivered in a large thermos food container after which they have to return to the caterer. In general, I am satisfied with the caterer and will not mind ordering from them again in future. I may want to order a different menu from them.
