If customer ordered for 50pax you should at least provide 1.5 or double the quantity? The paper plates and paper cups were all finished in less than 2hours! And we still had so much food BUT ... More not enough paper plates! I ordered for 50pax, my total number of guests was only 48. Very embarrassing. My guests wanted to continue eating the food but there were no more plates. The curry chicken is very little no full and the Fried rice & fried mee hoon also. My guests told be the fried rice they ordered for Neo Garden like 80 pax, there are 2 tray of fried rice for them. How come mine is 1 tray each only? Should have 2 trays each for the fried rice & mee hoon. In the end, I have to go out to ordered chicken rice for my guests. After the buffet end, the guy also anyhow throw the rubbish & never clear away. Dirty the area and I have to go wash up the area myself & bring down the rubbish to throw downstairs.
