Food generally is average but good delivery service and also after sales service need to be more responsive, no one is answering the call when we called to ask for delivery times for late turn up .
Order process was smooth. However the execution of the order needs improvement. No valid telephone number to contact the caterer was provided by Foodline, and the caterer did not reconfirm / contact me right up to the eve of the function. As my ... Morefunction was on CNY day, Foodline was not contactable. After obtaining the caterer's contact number by searching online, I could only leave a voice message to request delivery time details. Luckily, on the morning of the function, a lady responded to my message, and confirmed my order.
Other than that, the rest of the event went well. The delivery guy was very pleasant and arrived early to setup despite the bad weather. He was very efficient and fast without appearing to be rushing.
Food portions were just right. Overall pretty good except for the fishy-smelling fish and dry gyoza. Prawns were very big. Show less

Regarding the fish, we use natural, untreated seabass fillet, which has a naturally richer seafood aroma compared to the commonly used dory fillet in the market that tends to have much milder scent. It may simply be a difference in preference or familiarity, but we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.

Seafood in the seafood fried rice is fresh such as the prawns and was well liked by my daughter. Just that the fried rice is abit spicy and the young kids can't take it. Will be prefect if the seafood fried rice ... Moreis not spicy.
Sauteed Sweet & Sour Prawn dish - the biggest prawn size I have ever seen in buffet so far.
Lastly, price value for a CNY eve dinner is very affordable.

This is the first time we catered a vegetarian option as we had guest that could not take meat and dairy. It was also one of the more affordable options on FL given this festive season. Was also surprised that it came with some heating box too!

Besides the mee siam, other food items like yam ring, prawns and roasted chicken tasted nice as well. But the bubor cha cha was over cooked and looked like « ornée »! Special commendation to the staff who prepared the food layout and serving ... Moreutensils- it was very organised and made it easy for the guests to get their correct utensils for each dish. Caterer did not provide serviettes and only a pack of tissue paper, does not look very professional. One of the dish is Sambal Sotong with Petai & Pineapple. The sotong is mushy and no petai found in the dish, only small bits of cucumber and ... Morepineapple. The fish ball is chewy and salty.
Overall does not worth as being the premium menu, quite disappointing. Show less

Regarding the serviettes, as part of our hygiene and sustainability policy, we provide sealed packs of tissue paper instead of loose ... Moreserviettes. For a 25-pax order, one 50-sheet pack is our standard, but we will review this practice.
We are particularly concerned about the Sambal Sotong. The sotong should be tender, not mushy and petai is a key ingredient that should have been present. We have escalated this to our kitchen and operations team for immediate review to prevent such oversights. We appreciate you bringing the fish ball seasoning and texture to our attention as well.
