Order process was smooth. However the execution of the order needs improvement. No valid telephone number to contact the caterer was provided by Foodline, and the caterer did not reconfirm / contact me right up to the eve of the function. As my ... Morefunction was on CNY day, Foodline was not contactable. After obtaining the caterer's contact number by searching online, I could only leave a voice message to request delivery time details. Luckily, on the morning of the function, a lady responded to my message, and confirmed my order.
Other than that, the rest of the event went well. The delivery guy was very pleasant and arrived early to setup despite the bad weather. He was very efficient and fast without appearing to be rushing.
Food portions were just right. Overall pretty good except for the fishy-smelling fish and dry gyoza. Prawns were very big. Show less
This is the first time we catered a vegetarian option as we had guest that could not take meat and dairy. It was also one of the more affordable options on FL given this festive season. Was also surprised that it came with some heating box too!

Besides the mee siam, other food items like yam ring, prawns and roasted chicken tasted nice as well. But the bubor cha cha was over cooked and looked like « ornée »! Special commendation to the staff who prepared the food layout and serving ... Moreutensils- it was very organised and made it easy for the guests to get their correct utensils for each dish. Just a feedback - the food labels need to be bigger as the wordings are too small and very hard to read. Show less

Caterer did not provide serviettes and only a pack of tissue paper, does not look very professional. One of the dish is Sambal Sotong with Petai & Pineapple. The sotong is mushy and no petai found in the dish, only small bits of cucumber and ... Morepineapple. The fish ball is chewy and salty.
Overall does not worth as being the premium menu, quite disappointing. Show less

Regarding the serviettes, as part of our hygiene and sustainability policy, we provide sealed packs of tissue paper instead of loose ... Moreserviettes. For a 25-pax order, one 50-sheet pack is our standard, but we will review this practice.
We are particularly concerned about the Sambal Sotong. The sotong should be tender, not mushy and petai is a key ingredient that should have been present. We have escalated this to our kitchen and operations team for immediate review to prevent such oversights. We appreciate you bringing the fish ball seasoning and texture to our attention as well.

The food was delicious and we love that we can have rice and noodles as mains for our guests. We were also pleased that we were able to select dishes according to our guests' dietary preferences (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, halal)
The set up was ... Moregreat and having a vendor who tends to our catering needs (cutleries, plates and cups, tables and chairs) puts one less stress on us in organising the event. Highly recommend! Show less

We ordered 10 dishes mini catering and they informed us 1 of the dishes is out of stock 1 day before, which is "Braised Sea Cucumber With Duck". That is very disappointing because we wanted to have more meat option, duck, which all of guests don't ... Moremind eating. Initially they offered rendang chicken as substitute, but i rejected and requested for other duck dish. they insisted they don't have it too. then i firmly requested substitute has to be either duck, beef or mutton, which are available on the menu when order was placed. Luckily they substituted with rendang mutton in the end. Also, steamed prawn gyoza was on the menu, but they sent us fried one. i didn't realise the mismatch until event started. So overall experience just ok only. Show less
