Impressive Menu but Disappointing Food Reviewed on 24th Jan 2023 Verified Purchase Food came abt 40 mins earlier than stated time. Some food was already cold when delivered. The menu looks quite impressive but actual food was quite a let-down. Ee-Fu noodles was more like "yi mian". Did not see any asparagus in the vege dish ... ... More mainly only broccoli, carrot and "fake abalone". Beef in stew was hard and not nice. Crispy prawn ball dish is more like prawn salad. Emperor Dang Gui Chicken is so dry, hardly any gravy. Only the Crispy Buttered Snapper Fish Fillet with Double Salted Egg Crumble is not bad, though it's also not crispy. Last year I ordered from another caterer, paid less but the food was much better. Probably the last time we will order from this caterer.
