Affordable but good food and happy with the experience. Reviewed on 8th Jul 2025 Verified Purchase Glad that I ordered from this caterer. Delivery was slightly earlier than slated which was good. The mee tai mak was a hit. My colleagues loved it. I also like that the fish fillet didn't taste dry, chicken ngo hiang also looked yummy and could ... More tell that the oil used for deep frying was quite fresh. I didn't have the lemongrass chicken but heard that it was a little tough. The only grouse is that the dessert grass jelly longan was very sweet. Should remove half of the syrup and add in more ice to balance the taste. And the tofu dish could be less salty (I had actually requested for the dishes to be less saltish and sweet). Overall, I am happy with the experience. Will order from Spark and Flame catering again.
