We also noted that the Signature Hong Siew tofu and Longevity bailing mushroom with vegetables were a bit similar in flavor profile, so perhaps selecting only one of these would make for a more varied meal. The teriyaki glazed squid was fresh and tender, a definite crowd-pleaser. The food arrived hot, and we didn’t even need the warmers we had prepared.
