More miserably looking, served in aluminium foil atop a mini-basket. small pieces & totally fried up. 3) Prawns Fried w/Cashew Nuts was alright but it was a dish with some sauce as i assumed it was a drier dish. may pple even thoiught it was chap chye dish with prawn as the colour was exactly like a chap chye dish! 4) Sliced Fish w/Spring Onion & Ginger was disappointing as it was sliced fish fried with batter and thereafter fried with spring onion & ginger. very colourless, and was almost untouched by guests. 5) Luohan Vegetable was totally different from what a Luohan Vegetable dish is supposed to be. it seems like normal chap chye, wit lots of long cabbage & stips of black fungus. no mushroom or even mustard green, which is what Luohan Vegetable is supposed to be! 6) Bo-Bo-Cha-Cha was the best out of the dishes ordered. the hot dessert had coconut which was thick and with pieces of sweet potato & yam but no colored starch bits. only orange & grey swimming in white. upon food clearing, i still had 3/4 pot left but didn't keep any as there was coconut aplenty. delivery & timing was prompt. However, I was rather disappointed with the quality of food and service this time round. The setup was as usual, very tired looking, but that's fine. The food arrived ... More slightly lukewarm hence I expected the delivery uncle to light up the food warmers before he leave. He lighted a couple but left out 2 warmers. As I was busy entertaining guests, I was not aware of this lapse until one of my guest highlighted to me that the bun w/stewed meat was cold, how embarrassing! Later when I checked the rest of the items, I discovered that the salad prawn came without the mayo! The Ee Fu Mian taste very salty and while the Longevity Bailing Mushroom with Vegetable taste quite decent, it turned bad before the collection time. The only saviors for the day were the super delicious Curry Pork Chop and the very refreshing Honey Dew with Sago.
