Extra costs not specified Reviewed on 1st Sep 2021 Verified Purchase Food was sometimes bitter and not very tasty. Some food choices also not very elderly friendly - too tough to bite or with bones. Was very upset when the caterer called me up 2nd day into the catering to say that extra costs is needed because of ERP ... More costs, this amounts to 3 dollars a day. This extra costs was not specified when I confirmed the invoice from the beginning. Staff was responsive to omit days not to send in. In any case, did not continue to sign on a full package. Generally edible food but with some bad dishes Reviewed on 1st Sep 2021 Verified Purchase The food arrived super early, at 4pm. Subsequently, when we complained about this, the food came at 6+ pm. The food was prepared at 3:30pm. The food was generally edible, with the exception of some dishes that were unpalatable and consisted of ... More processed food, e.g. sausages. Furthermore, the fish was not fresh a lot of the times. In addition, we generally did not like the vegetables, particularly the beansprout leaves. Nonetheless, there were some highlights like the roast chicken and sweet and sour pork.
