"Food could be better. Quite disappointing overall."

We decided to get ala-carte this year as the christmas set last year was alright and it was not fantastic enough for re-order. The honey glazed chicken ham was great, it was a popular and a favourite amongst everyone. However, the slow roasted beef ... More striploin was an absolute disappointment as it was a medium-rare inside when sliced open. Everyone was so turned off by how red, bloody and undercooked the meat was. It was also very difficult to chew or bite off the meat because of how undercooked it was and the nature of the cut of the meat. The turkey I ordered was also very very dry. This is my second year ordering from Stamford Catering for christmas and I must say the food has gotten worse. I would only recommend the honey glazed chicken ham.
