Your organisation also does not need to spend time creating a new catering vendor each time you order from a different caterer, as FoodLine.sg Pte Ltd can invoice your organisation directly.

We will assign you a dedicated account manager who can recommend suitable caterers, help source quotations, coordinate orders involving more than one caterer, and consolidate billing into one invoice.

Yes, prices are the same or lower than the caterer's published rates. For larger orders, FoodLine may also offer additional discounts. If you find a caterer's published rate lower, let us know and we will review it.

You can place orders in two ways:

Concierge ordering through your account managerShare your requirements with your dedicated account manager, and we will help recommend caterers, source quotations, and coordinate the order for you.

Self-ordering through your personalised corporate linkPlace orders online through your personalised corporate link, with your organisation's billing details applied to the order.

For concierge orders placed through your account managerYour account manager will send you an official quotation to confirm the order details. After you confirm the quotation, your account manager will submit the order to the caterer. Once the caterer confirms the order, FoodLine will send your organisation the invoice for payment processing.

For self-orders placed online through your personalised corporate linkAfter you submit the order online, your account manager will send you an acknowledgement link to confirm the order details. Once you acknowledge the details, your account manager will liaise with the caterer to confirm the order. FoodLine will then send your organisation the invoice for payment processing.

Yes. Let us know your event date, budget, number of guests, cuisine preference, and other requirements. Your dedicated account manager can help source suitable options and quotations for your organisation.

FoodLine.sg Pte Ltd will invoice orders made through the FoodLine Corporate Account. This allows orders from multiple caterers to be handled through one billing account.

Depending on the organisation and order requirements, 30-day or longer credit terms may be available. Some orders may require advance payment to secure the booking.

Common payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer, cheque, credit card, GeBIZ, EPS, ARIBA, Coupa, E-Invoice, purchase order, and other workflows required by corporate clients.
