Catering was scheduled to arrive at 4.30pm but only arrive at 5.30pm! It was super embarrassing as my guests were hungry with nothing to eat! Plates catered were not enough resulting in us getting plates elsewhere to help with the shortage. Worst ... More experience ever! Had spoken to the caterer itself to lodge a complain after the event and was promised that the manager will call me back to give me a reasonable explanation but no one ever called me. Totally fail! Poor service though taste of food is not bad.
