"Service unacceptable"

The food was good and portion was right for 25 pax. High praises on the curry chicken and sweet yam w/ ginko. However, service is really bad. First of all, food was to arrive at 6:30pm so that it will be ready at 7pm. The food only came at 7pm. ... More There was no call to inform me that it will be late. The worse thing was the collection. Collection time at 9:30pm as I had to return the function room at 10pm. In the end, only appeared at 11:15pm. No phone call as well. I find the behavior irresponsible. Driver claimed that the company did not provide him my phone number so he couldn't call. I should have a bad feeling when I saw that only one person doing the delivery and he was late. I will recommend this caterer only if you are not particular with the timing as the food is good.
