"Abundance of food, great variety and thoughtful setup."

Mini set B, I ordered for 17 pax, you can see that the dishes were large and plentiful. I had 25 guest and there was still enough food. The favorite was the sweet and sour fish. It only came in one tray when the rest were 2 trays. At first I thought ... More I was short a tray, but the caterer confirmed only 1 tray. It would have been better if it came in 2 smaller trays so it’s consistent with the other items. I also had Rendang Chicken (tender) and Rendang Beef (not as tender as preferred)in 2 trays each. Maybe the fish portion was larger.

The set included disposable utensils, serving spoons, napkins, plates, bowls (chendol for desert), trash bags and table cloths. The food warmer packs were included. I activated it when all the guest arrived so the heat would keep the food warmer longer.

The food was delivered half hour early. I tried calling the caterer to ask for ETA the day of, but no one answered the calls. Fortunately, there was no issues, but it was a bit worrisome not to actually speak to anyone before the food arrival.

Overall, all the guest enjoyed the food.
