Ordered 2 mini party sets for my son's first birthday party - delivery was very punctual and came in 2 huge insulated bags that we got to keep. Food presentation was not bad, and portion was more than sufficient for my small party of 17 pax. Only ... More gripes were the meat items (breaded ebi, teriyaki chicken and thai style chicken) were a bit too greasy and soggy even upon arrival.

Ordered the tea break buffet for a client seminar, and things were going well till the day of the event. We had expected the caterer to arrive for set up at 3pm but as we did not hear from them, we tried calling the sales agent and the office to ... More ensure they are on their way, but to no avail. Sales agent's mobile number was not in service even after attempting more than 10 times over a span of half an hour, and no one ever picked up the office phone. The event host was in panic already and we were already trying to think of a backup plan. Luckily the caterers finally arrived, and everything was set up in time. No doubt, they were efficient in setting up, but as a subsidiary of Tung Lok, we would have expected better contactability and follow up.

Food was okay, but could have been from any other caterer.

Ordered the Full Day Seminar package for a client training, and everything went timely and smoothly. Caterer/sales agent was easily contactable and any issues were attended to immediately. Overall had a great experience and food was quite good. They ... More allowed us to pay by credit card although it was stated cash/cheque only, so such flexibility is always a huge plus.
