I decided to try Shi Fu Ge after reading the relatively good reviews online. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision. Will give my honest review on all the dishes on the menu:

Pork Ribs King : While the gravy tasted okay, the pork ribs are contain a lot of fatty portions and you instantly get a very greasy feeling when you bite into it. I didn’t quite like it. I prefer ribs to be on a leaner side....

We are really sorry about your encounter as this is the first time we had encounter such an incident. We would like to take this chance to explain to you.

Food are freshly prepared, cooked, fried and served for immediate delivery so it will reach you piping hot. As the food are piping hot when packed, condensation takes place, hence fried food and vegetable tends to turn soggy or yellowish due to the heat.

We had already overcame such issues previously with the great delivery team behind Shi Fu Ge who are able to deliver the food fast enough to ensure the food is fresh as thou as having a sumptuous meal at our premises.

Please accept our deepest apologies about this bad encounter. We will also run a check internally and put in measures to improve and brush up on procedures that is needed.

As an apology we would like to extend a 10% discount to you on your next order with us. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.

Food arrived on time. Table arrangement and presentation is so so, perhaps coz my place is too small to accommodate 3 tables, and they could only put 2 tables. But whatever needed are present. While presentation is not fanciful, the food is ok and ... More my guests enjoyed themselves and complimented the food. Though indicated that the collection time is 5pm, they are late and finally collected at 6.30pm. However, staff was friendly when I called them to ask if they are coming soon, and the contact person did make an effort to call up the deliveryman to chase him to rush to my place etc. Overall a positive experience and will likely order from them again.
