We ordered from this caterer as my mother had tasted their food at an event a few years back. Disappointed with their food this time. The Sweet & Sour Pork Chunks were more like pork slices drenched in ketchup. The Black Pepper Fillet was extremely ... More salty and could not be eaten. The Hainanese Mixed Vegetable look soggy and plain, much like the fried cabbages that you see accompany economic bee hoon. Only the beancurd cubes with mini prawns was any good. The portions were not large, but thankfully because the food was not that good the guests didn't take double helpings.
