Food is fresh generally except for one tofu dish which was sour. Food arrived too early at 2pm for Toa Payoh area. Decent food and good value for money. Good variety of food too.

Food portion was generous. Healthy cooking, not too oily or salty. On-time delivery. Rice was hard though.

Food is tasty and of good portion for 2 adults. Meat dishes are always well-cooked, vegetables are fresh but can be a bit oily sometimes.

Lunch was delivered about 12pm, just nice. Food portion was enough. Taste was like mixed vegetables rice stall, but more variety. Overall, we were happy with the food and service.

The food was badly cooked, almost zero culinary skills or sincerity from the caterer. We were given frozen fish fillet and frozen vegetarian one day. Delivery is between 9-10am for Toa Payoh area. Food tasted good at the start of service, but after 2 months, we got tired of the food and the standard dropped too. Customer service was prompt and courteous.

I have ordered this tingkat lunch for 3 months now. Standard and portion have stayed consistently good. Great value for money as there are mostly fresh produce, (>90%), not the frozen stuff, even for the 4th dish.

Food was tasty, healthy and varied. I looked forward to the daily meals. Highly recommend this tingkat caterer. Easy to communicate on WhatsApp too.

Lousy cooking. Food tasted subpar, the entire 10-day tingkat lunch was endured with half of the vegetables thrown away. French beans and emperor dou miao were served frequently and they were tough. The only leafy green so far was kangkung and it was ... More tough too.
The caterer had to do a better job in training the cooks or redesigning the menu.

The dishes are well-seasoned. There is variety in the menu. The meat dishes are especially good.
