Most of the dishes are not bad except their vegetable.

Please bear with me. This review will be slightly long. If I can I will give No star.

I been order kid kitchen for he pass 6-7 months and only STARTED hilltop TODAY 24 July 2017. I though giving my granny (93yr Old) and uncle a change. Transfer ... More money done once I receive the text last week. Today I receive the msg that they had receive the payment with thank so I have what time is the delivery and I was told 3 o 7pm. Wow. 7pm. I told her 7pm is actually pretty late usually max 630pm would be good but no reply. I take it as ok nvm. Shall see how.

So. I start calling my granny from 4pm all the way till 7pm more then 10 call and there isn't any delivery yet and no number to call after 6pm! So I was already super mad from 630 to 7pm trying to look for a number but can't find so no choice I had to get her dinner. By the time they finish their dinner the delivery man finally came at about 730pm!

By now I already so mad and tell him why are you coming at this timing it's pointless as she had finish her meal! He explain that his car breakdown!

HELLO HILLTOP. There is no plan B so your car breakdown all your customer will be die of hunger? Why isn't anyone call to inform! WHY! he can't explain and left! I'm so mad seeing the food and had to bring to my cousin who stay nearby!

This probably the bad/worst ideal to change to hilltop. And they person has just reply my whatapp at 7.40pm! Throughout I been sending msg from 6.30pm and 7.40pm then you reply telling my sorry will help me to check tomorrow! Zzzz.

As for food. I stated clearly no SPICY FOOD. NO.. old pple can't eat. And I receive SPICY VEGETABLE! Wow! 2nd surprise! Kim's kitchen never did such mistake.

First time and will be my LAST time. Service line without a basic manner to inform your customer is a NO! I don't know how you guys think but to me regardless how nice your food I will not give a 2nd chance. Maybe I'm just unlucky. But late and spicy 2 surprise at one go is too much for a Monday night!

I'm pretty new to Tingkat order and do many research and ask around. So end up start off with Kim kitchen and had been order from them 2 month for 1 pax so far so good. the potion was quite ok and my old granny, uncle and aunt are able to eat ... More together which I was amazed by it. I couldn't upload picture as i wasn't the one eating but I always ask them for review and was always good:) as they had bad experiences with other brand so quite worry when I start to order from Kim. But it was a success! So far I did not try other brand as Kim was very flexible. Especially when old people can't take spicy, fish without bone, curry ect... They are able to correspond with the request. I been written some other food in the remark such as bitter gourd, egg plant and last finger and I also know they will try to but no promise. So far They are happy with the food and I'm glad too!
