Food delivered was on time. Ordered for 30 pax and food was enough for 30 pax. The portion given is more, for instance, there's more than 30 mini burger, more than 30 pieces of eclair, more than 30 pieces of egg sandwich etc. Guest enjoyed the food. ... More One thing lacking was that I ordered mini chicken burger but fish burger was delivered to me instead. They also provide condiment such as chilli sauce and paper plates, serviettes, garbage bag and fork.
(Cocktail Longan, red eggs and Ang Yee were not part of the buffet items).

Caterer was early to set up and the set up exceeds my expectation. Simple and nice. It was done before the stipulated time. All my guest enjoyed the food and feedback that the curry, otah and fish cake are nice. Many asked which caterer inordered ... More from. Food portion is just right but as usual, staples always have more left overs.
Would like to suggest to caterer to provide covers for the food so that it can be kept clean. Once i open the clean wrap, all the food is exposed for a good 3 hours or so. Food might get contaminated since most of the time the caters are outside the house along corridor.
