Ordering:
- Sales rep did not give a good impression when conversing over the phone. But can be forgiven as it was CNY peak period maybe he was handling a lot of other orders.

Delivery:
- Did not arrive earlier. Would suggest to state an ... More earlier time if ordering from Delizio

Food:
- prawn not so fresh and was pretty cold and the batter was soggy
- broccoli was a little too bland. Perhaps water was not properly salted when blanching.
- scallop in broccoli dish does not taste and look good at all
- snapper fish was overcooked and was very hard. Portion is not enough for 14 pax
- mixed fried platter. Portion was 1-2 pax short.
- all other dishes were pretty good
