Have been ordering food from Stamford Catering for our CNY gatherings because they are the only caterer I know of which provides food warming packs for orders with no full buffet setup. Food wise was tasty as usual. But the fish was too dry even ... More with the sauce (packed separately). Would have been good if the caterer could label which sauce was for which dish. Overall we enjoyed the food and delivery was on time.

Am surprised by the standard of the food, especially the tofu, as the tofu dishes that I have ordered from other caterers were always too soft or tasteless. Their tofu was just the right texture and the pumpkin sauce was delicious! Everyone also ... More commented that the yusheng was one of the best they had for CNY. Every dish was delicious except for the dessert which was overly sweet and the chicken wings were a bit bland. Overall very satisfied with their food and service. Will order from them again.

Taste for Thai bean curd was good but texture was too soft as ... More Japanese round bean curd was used instead of the firmer type. Chocolate used for the eclair was a bit sweet - would be better if it was more bitter. Gingko nuts for the yam paste were kind of bitter and instead of coconut milk, I think soya milk was used instead which made the taste kind of weird, yam taste was fine though.
