Overall, the food is quite good. The soup tastes very natural and healthy, although it may be a little bland for those who prefer stronger flavours. I especially like that they serve fish quite frequently — out of the five days I ordered, there ... More were fish dishes on two or three days, which is a nice variety compared to many other tingkat caterers.

The only area that could be improved is the vegetables. On three out of the five days with vegetable dishes, the vegetables seemed undercooked and still tasted slightly raw.

Other than that, the meals are generally good, with a nice variety and healthier flavours.

The food may not look the most impressive in terms of presentation, but it actually tastes pretty good. The flavours suit my family as we prefer food that is a little more flavourful rather than too healthy or bland. The soups are usually on the ... More sweeter side ( infused with sweet date), which we quite enjoy.

What stands out most is their customer service. They are very responsive on WhatsApp, prompt in answering questions, and very accommodating with requests. Overall, a good tingkat experience with great service.
