2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles Recipe!
When in doubt, chocolate is always the answer. It's even better when there's little to no baking involved. When I first heard about this recipe for two-ingredient chocolate on TikTok, I was intrigued. All the benefits of baking with hardly any work? Count me in!
Here’s what you need:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan. Put it on the stove on low-medium heat. Stir continuously until small bubbles form in the milk.
2. Pour the warm condensed milk into a mixing bowl. Note: it will burn if left in the pan for too long!
3. Pour the cocoa powder into the bowl, a little at a time, then mix with a spatula. Repeat until all the cocoa powder is mixed in.
4. As you mix, your batter should start to become thick and gooey, resembling chocolate brownie batter. The finished product will have a fudge-like texture.
5. Put a large piece of plastic wrap over a rectangular bowl and pour the cocoa and milk mixture into the bowl.
6. Pour more cocoa powder on the top and wrap the top with plastic wrap as well.
7. Cool it in the fridge for approximately two hours.
8. Remove the bowl from the fridge and use a knife to cut your creation into cubes.
