Steps
Step 1: Salt the water and boil your spaghetti. Drain the pasta when its al dente and save about a quarter of the pasta water.
Step 2: Add garlic to heated olive oil on low heat. Add chilli flakes (or chilli padi for a greater kick) and the prawn. Cook the prawns for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Add the pasta water when the prawn has been cooked and bring to a boil.
Step 4: Reduce the pasta water and add the spaghetti. Add parsley and parmesan and toss it all up
