#1 “20-20-20” RULE
Human eyes are not built to stare at the blue light that computer screen emit, the countless of hours staring into it, will hurt your eyes in the long run. To reduce the strain on your eyes, take a break after every 20 minutes of usage, look at something 20 feet (Approx. 6 metres) away for 20 seconds.

#2 Don’t neglect your wrist
Believe it or not, that swelling, tingling, aches you felt in your fingers and palms, is called “Carpal Tunnel Syndrome”. This condition happens when the nerve from your forearm to your palm is under pressure. It is a result from the repeated actions/usage of your mouse and keyboard. Remember to take a break, bend your wrists and move your fingers around and move your entire arm when sliding your mouse!

#3 Increase the size of your text!
Staring at small text can make you squint your eyes or even put your face closer. This can result in the headaches and fatigue that you have been experiencing. Increase the text to an appropriate size and sit in a proper posture and 50-100cm away.

As easy as it sounds, please remember to blink! We often forget to blink when we are to engrossed in reading the information on the screen. This will cause your eyes to dry and be irritated! Try to remember to blink!
