QuickBuy@SGov x FoodLine - Making Government Purchases Easier for Public Officers

We’re excited to share that FoodLine now supports QuickBuy@SGov, a Singapore Government initiative by Ministry of Finance and Government Technology Agency that enables public service officers with corporate billing accounts to make small value purchases quickly and seamlessly through participating digital platforms like FoodLine.

This means that if you have a QuickBuy@SGov corporate billing account, you can now use it directly on FoodLine to order meals, catering, bento sets, cakes, gift cards, vouchers or other food & beverage items while enjoying the convenience of streamlined procurement and billing. For gift cards and vouchers, you’ll also have access to over 350 participating F&B outlets for redemption across Singapore.

What is QuickBuy@SGov?

QuickBuy@SGov is an initiative by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Government Technology Agency (GovTech) that enables public officers to make small value purchases from commercial digital platforms using an integrated middleware interface. This digital linkage connects Government corporate systems to online sellers like FoodLine, simplifying the order-to-payment process.

Unlike traditional procurement channels, QuickBuy@SGov is designed for ad-hoc, small value purchases without the need for separate catalogues, helping officers save time while complying with Government financial governance.

For Public Officers: How to Use QuickBuy@SGov on FoodLine

Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting started:

1. Log In or Create a FoodLine Account

First, ensure you’re signed in to your regular FoodLine account. If you’re new, create an account using your preferred email.

2. Go to “Account & Payment Methods”

Head to your account menu and select “Payment Methods” from the dropdown.
This is where you’ll manage your payment options and link corporate accounts.

3. Add Your QuickBuy@SGov Corporate Billing Account

Under Payment Methods, choose to Add Corporate Billing Account and enter your work email associated with your QuickBuy@SGov account.
Verify your details carefully, then submit the request.

(Your work email must match the corporate account registered with QuickBuy@SGov.)

4. Authenticate via Workpal

A pop-up from Workpal will appear to authenticate the request — this is part of the secure Government interface.
Accept and confirm the authentication to complete linking your account.

5. You’re All Set!

Once linked, your QuickBuy@SGov billing method will be available at checkout.
Browse FoodLine as usual, add items to cart, and select QuickBuy@SGov as your billing method to complete your order.

Tips & Things to Know

• QuickBuy@SGov supports small value purchases and helps simplify invoice reconciliation for officers.

• This feature does not replace other Government procurement systems like GeBIZ — it’s an additional channel for specific purchase types.

• Only users with a valid QuickBuy@SGov corporate billing account can link and use this feature on FoodLine.
