1. Fatt Choy Sure Lou Hey
We can NEVER forget LOU HEIs during every CNY! It is like a mandatory food item at every cny gathering! This lou hei was not only made with very fresh ingredients, but it also has fresh abalones and the cracker everybody loves! There’s really nothing to not like about this dish!

2. Seafood Fried Yee Mee
If you’re someone who loves noodles over rice, this mini buffet set is definitely the one for you! Instead of your usual fried rice, we have fried yee mee in this set! The noodles were not only super QQ, but it was also super flavourful. And alongside the freshness of the prawns, the whole dish was just brought together very nicely. An ultimate combination of the sweet and savoury!

3. Signature Curry Chicken
If you loveeee curry, you’re definitely gonna like this dish from this whole mini buffet set! FoodCon Pte Ltd’s signature curry chicken dish! This dish has definitely got to be my favourite out of all dishes because it contains the right amount of spiciness to it! Not too spicy not too sweet! Alongside the generous portions of chicken, this entire dish was the star of the show for me. The chicken meat was super tender that it fell right off the bone! Super yums and definitely a MUST TRY!

4. Mixed Capsicum Soy Sauce Prawn
Well, if you do not really like meats and you prefer seafood more, this dish is for you! The saltiness from the soy sauce and sweetness from the mixed capsicums was what really made this dish work. The prawns were cooked to perfection and were also super fresh! I could taste that the prawns were very well marinated in the soy sauce! May look underwhelming, but definitely an addictive one that keeps you going back for more!

5. Pacific Clam Broccoli
I personally am a huge fan of broccoli! This dish was not bad because of the many different textures in this dish. We have crunchy from the broccoli and chewyness from the pacific clam! Don’t be afraid of these clams because they were actually super fresh and sweet!

6. Braised Pig Trotters with Peanut
Another classic CNY dish is braised pig trotters with peanut! And this particular one from FoodCon Pte Ltd tasted really nice! It does not have that pungent pork smell to it which is what I loved the most! The meat was also super flavourful and tender! Eaten together with the peanut, it’s a super wonderful taste and experience that is worth a shot!

7. Pumpkin Gingko Yam Paste
Lastly, we have a sweet dessert to end the entire meal off on a good note! This pumpkin gingko yam paste! If you’re a fan of orh-nee, you WILL LOVE this dish! Super yummy and addictive that I had 2 bowls of it! It’s not too sweet but not too bland at the same time! The natural sweetness from the pumpkin really made the entire dish come together really well!
